Lorraine Cebula

Lorraine “Lorrie” Ann Cebula, 76, died Feb. 12. There will be a funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 24 at St. Therese Church, 1260 NE 132nd Ave. Portland, 97230.

Mrs. Cebula was born July 16, 1940, in Ohama, Nebraska. With an adventurous spirit, she found employment with General Steamship Company and then Union Pacific Railroad, which opened up opportunities to travel to the Orient. Then, while living in Seattle, she met Paul Cebula. They married in 1969, and eventually settled in Portland, where she found her calling as wife to a loving husband and mother of three boys.

Mr. Cebula died in 2007. The couple had been married 38 years.

She is survived by her three sons, Steve, Craig and Kent; her sister, Marge; and her brothers, Terry and Roger.
